In 1991 he also started U.S. Boat Products, Inc (USBP). He was a major stock holder in the company and served as the Senior Vice President. USBP manufactured gears for drive units for the boating after-market. After building the company into the world’s 2nd largest manufacturer of spiral bevel marine gears, the company was bought by the number one company in the industry in 1995.
From 1995 through today he has been and remains the Senior Vice President of Integratech Associates, Inc. (www.fluxpro.com). Today, ITA is the world’s largest dealer of Fluitron™ Electrostatic Systems. He has been solely responsible for the development of virtually all major accounts including Citicorp, AT&T, Embarq, Michelin, ServiceMaster, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Tyson Foods, Johnson Controls, Inc., Chevron Texaco Energy Systems, Viron, Sol-Dyn and Trigen, to name a few. Also he has developed a strong network of installations in Government (City, State and Federal) facilities, Major Hospitals and University locations not to mention hundreds of other high profile sites.
After 16 years, he and Michael Kirkham have again joined forces. The goal was to build a major national presence in the burgeoning Dental Whitening Industry. To this end, he and the other members of the Dazzling Smiles, Inc. National Management Team, have developed a highly profitable turn-key true business platform for dealers and retailers. Michael K. Kirkham
Mike Kirkham had the unique opportunity while in high school & college to work for his neighbor, Paul Meyer. Meyer, a New York Times best-selling author and entrepreneur, owns more than 40 companies in diverse business ventures. He is considered a trailblazer in the self-improvement industry, having written and introduced more than 20 full-length programs and courses for personal development and growth, leadership, management and training. The main company is known as Success Motivation Institute. Responsibilities included producing sales, training support material and an advertising program directed towards recruiting new distributors.
Mike moved on to a new industry, Environmental Service Industry: This venture began as a small service trucking company. In eight years he expanded the company not only into transportation but permitted the first Hazardous waste transfer/storage facility in the U.S. In addition, he built and operated a Class II waste water treatment plant. The company was sold to a larger national water management company.
Mike then developed another waste company and permitted and operated two class I waste facilities. One of these companies created the first permitted hazardous waste landfills permitted by the EPA in the US. Again these companies were sold profitably.
Mike moved on to new challenges in the Health Insurance industry. As National Marketing Director with a $28M year company through recruiting and training, increased sales to over $500M. Mike retired from this industry.
Mike’s entrepreneurial spirit brought him out of retirement. He reentered the Hazardous Waste industry with a new business which addressed the removal and new construction of fuel storage facilities. Customers include Fortune 500 transportation, hospitals and manufacturing facilities. This company was then sold. He was retained by the industry and served as a sales consultant to an international environmental service company.
Mike met Greg Kipnis in the insurance industry and developed a lifelong friendship. Both recognized the potential in the Cosmetic Tooth Whitening industry and through collective efforts have now developed the ultimate in the that industry, Dazzling Smiles, Inc,
Roslyn L. McWilliams
After earning her B.A. at the University of Kansas, Roslyn started her business career with Famous Footwear, Inc. She resigned her management position with Famous Footwear to begin an over 20 year career with the telecommunications giant, Sprint.
While with Sprint she was involved with numerous departments and divisions. She gained vast experience in customer service with United Telespectrum. She went on to develop her marketing skills working directly with the senior manager of Network 2000. She was well known for her training abilities and toured the country performing in-house training for the corporation.
Again recognized by Sprint for her process improvement skills she was invited to join a select few to attend Keller Graduate School where she earned her Master in Business Administration.
Subsequent to earning her MBA she held positions with Sprint including Project Manager, Program Implementation Manager, Business Process Improvement Analyst and Marketing Analyst.
Roslyn has become an integral part of the Dazzling Smiles, Inc. team.
