H. Greg Kipnis

Greg Kipnis completed his B.A. in Psychology and his graduate studies in Economics at the University of Missouri in 1977. He immediately entered the business world. Hired as a salesman in the copier industry, he was promoted to sales manager in 90 days and ultimately increased the company revenues ten-fold in less than three years. After gaining an industry-wide reputation he was recruited by the nation’s largest copier company and world’s largest dealer of Sharp copiers. Here he became the General Manager of a $65M a year company before the age of 30 and increased revenues to over $78M while cutting expenses by 13% during his 3 year tenure.

He returned to Kansas City due to the death of his father in 1983 and began the entrepreneurial phase of his career. In 1984 he started Turn-Key Builders, Inc. and developed this construction company into a major player in commercial and the Government rehab business. Concurrently he was Director of Operations for Home Energy Products, Inc. which was recognized as one of the 10 fastest growing companies in the area.

Upon the successful sale of Turn-Key Builders, Inc. in 1991 he entered the Insurance Industry as the regional manager for National Health Insurance Company (NHIC). He developed the Midwest Region and had the longest run on the Stargazer List (Top Producer List) in company history.

In 1993 Government involvement in the Health Insurance industry forced him to re-invent his agency. The new agency was dedicated to the protection of senior citizen’s estates. Senior Citizen’s Information and Protection Services, Inc became one of the largest revocable living trust marketing organizations in the country. SCIPS operated in 16 states with over 35 agents with one of only 300 Elder Law Attorney in the U.S. on full time staff.

In 1991 he also started U.S. Boat Products, Inc (USBP). He was a major stock holder in the company and served as the Senior Vice President. USBP manufactured gears for drive units for the boating after-market. After building the company into the world’s 2nd largest manufacturer of spiral bevel marine gears, the company was bought by the number one company in the industry in 1995.

From 1995 through today he has been and remains the Senior Vice President of Integratech Associates, Inc. (www.fluxpro.com). Today, ITA is the world’s largest dealer of Fluitron™ Electrostatic Systems. He has been solely responsible for the development of virtually all major accounts including Citicorp, AT&T, Embarq, Michelin, ServiceMaster, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Tyson Foods, Johnson Controls, Inc., Chevron Texaco Energy Systems, Viron, Sol-Dyn and Trigen, to name a few. Also he has developed a strong network of installations in Government (City, State and Federal) facilities, Major Hospitals and University locations not to mention hundreds of other high profile sites.

The goal was to build a major national presence in the burgeoning Dental Whitening Industry. To this end, he and the other members of the Dazzling Smiles, Inc. National Management Team, have developed a highly profitable turn-key true business platform for dealers and retailers. Dazzling Smiles, Inc. has rapidly become recognized as a leader and innovator in the Cosmetic Whitening Industry Industry. The result is a highly effective, safe, affordable and convenient cosmetic tooth whitening process for the client and a tremendous business opportunity for the entrepreneur.

Roslyn L. McWilliams

After earning her B.A. at the University of Kansas, Roslyn started her business career with Famous Footwear, Inc. She resigned her management position with Famous Footwear to begin an over 20 year career with the telecommunications giant, Sprint.

While with Sprint she was involved with numerous departments and divisions. She gained vast experience in customer service with United Telespectrum. She went on to develop her marketing skills working directly with the senior manager of Network 2000. She was well known for her training abilities and toured the country performing in-house training for the corporation.

Again recognized by Sprint for her process improvement skills she was invited to join a select few to attend Keller Graduate School where she earned her Master in Business Administration.

Subsequent to earning her MBA she held positions with Sprint including Project Manager, Program Implementation Manager, Business Process Improvement Analyst and Marketing Analyst.

Roslyn has become an integral part of the Dazzling Smiles, Inc. team.
